St. Joseph's Retreat, Cloonamahon, Collooney carbon copy (typed) of agreement between and the Passionists Fathers and the Bishop of Achonry, Patrick Morrisroe, for the erection of a canonical foundation in the Diocese of Achonry, witnessed, with the seal of Congregation. by the Provincial, Gerald O'Boyle and the Provincial Consultors, Paul Cyril O'Doherty and Cronan Doyle: original of the document (duly signed) being left with Bishop Morrisroe by Fr. Austin on 28 April, 1943. The agreement provides for the reservations made by the Bishop in granting permission for the foundation (see item under serial number 8703).

In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
