St. Joseph's Retreat, Cloonamahon, Collooney letter to the Provincial, Fr. Gerald O'Boyle, C.P., rom the Bishop of Achonry, Patrick Morrisroe. in reply to Gerald's of 04.03.1943 (see item under serial number 8700) concerning the establishment of a monastic foundation for the education of students for the foreign missions in Cloonamahon, Collooney. It seems that the bishop thought Gerald might be jumping the gun a bit, as he explains that he still needds to consult certain members of the diocese about the matter. However, he does not see any great difficulty.
