O'Boyle, C.P., Gerald: Letter from Fr. Leo Kierkels, C.P., General, to Fr. Sebastian Slean, C.P., concerning the foundation of a retreat in Scotland by the Irish Province of St. Patrick. English (sic!) Province opposed to Scotch foundation. Better to leave matters until Chapter. General must preside per se or per alium. Who would Sebastian prefer, if per alium, a man from St. Joseph's or one from St. Patrick's with a right to vote?
