St. Gabriel's Retreat: The Graan: Enniskillen: letter from Fr. Alexix Boyd, C.P., Vicar. the Graan, to the Provincial, Mt.. Argus. He makes a strong case, giving many reasons why the Donnelly farm should be bought. Thinks the Provincial's price is unrealistic. In an atached typed note of his answer, Provincial states that in his calculations he was going on normal prices. While quoting norman values, he has left the final decision to the Rector. Confident that he will buy the place at its real value.

Archival documents are catalogued in the following way : Shelf number, box number, file number and item number. Thus, 45/1/1/4 means shelf forty-five, box one, file one and item four. In addition to this each item has an individual serial number. This is attached to the catalogue as an alternative identifier.
