The topics covered include ‘political attitudes’, ‘pecuniary embarrassments’, ‘temperance medals’, ‘temperance bands’, ‘English temperance mission’, ‘Legislative aid for temperance’, and ‘Fr. Mathew’s attitude to the abolition of slavery’.
