4. A copy of a letter, 21 March 1862, from Fr Provincial to Cardinal Godfrey, giving him the news that on 27 February the Medical Commission of the Sacred Congregation had approved the two miracles for Ven. Dominic’s Cause. Fr Provincial notes that it was the centenary of the death of St Gabriel; and encloses a Memorandum, asking the Cardinal to distribute it to the Bishops of England and Wales at their Low Week Meeting.
