Rosemount
Booterstown
July 27 19
Your Grace my dear Archbishop,
This morning I met both
Mr. Jones and his son and after
stopping tor Mr Mc Lee we
went on to Edenmore It gave
me pleasure that Mr Jones was
of the same opinion as you re
garding the condition of Edenmore
He said it was e good building
but would need renovation. He
will make a complete survey and
then give an estimate of the cost
with this phase in the planning
I feel I can plan to leave Dublin
n August 3rd unless your Grace
would suggest otherwise
I have forwarded to Rev. Mother
the site plan and the price of
Edenmore and told her what
Mr. O Brien said regarding pay-
ment. He said that even after we
consent to the purchase it would
be another twelve months before
there would be need of money
Since S hope to return in Septem-
Rev G. W. further phases can be
worked out
In the meantime I shall be in
South Wales where I can be easily
r ched by letter should Mr. OBrien
or Mr Jones wish to reach me.
Did your Grace wish to see me
before leaving? You do know
that I shall be leaving with a
sensitive and grateful regard for
what you have done for me for our
dear Congregation and for the ad-
vancement of Holy Church August 11th
1951 and June 3rd. and 7th will be dates
that will be recalled with the deepest
and humblest gratitude. My run un-
worthiness has not prevented the loving
Providence of God from unfolding His
On Plan in my regard. Your Grace
I can only promise to continue to do for
you even more fervently what I have been
doing since 1951 With every personal
wish for your welfare and asking your
blessing, Your Grace I remain
Most respectfully in Mary
Your obedient I grateful child
S.M. del P azzi
