With attached sketch map of the said premises which are bordered to the south by Charlotte Quay, to the west by Mr Murphy’s concerns and to the west by ‘Mr Theobald Mathew’s Chapel’. The map was drawn by John Deeble, architect, Cork. With copy memorials of said lease made by the Assistant Register of Deeds, 2 July 1929 and 5 June 1950.

The lease notes that the plot is tenanted by John Foot and contains a dwelling house and stores and measures 65 feet to the front of South Mall, and is situated on Morrison’s Island being part of Dunscombe’s Marsh in the city of Cork. With a map showing the demised premises measuring 136 feet 6 inches by 64 feet 3 inches. The original lease is endorsed on the cover: ‘Property west of the Church’.
