Mount Argus; Finances MS letter from Fooks, Chadwick,Arnold,Solrs., 60, Carey Street, Lincoln Inn London, to Fr. (Dominc O'Neill) Rector.

Has now heard from Mrs. Harvey. She's worried about the possible reduction in income (she is 70, has a deaf-and- dumb daughter as well as 3 others to support), but she'll accept 4% under certain terms.

As to the £1037, he prefers for the 6 months notice to run out. The Harvey loan was really Warehaings (?) (probably Wareham) though it was Harold Cross deeds that were the security. .
