1846034; Houben, Charles: Blessed: Cures obtained through his intercession: letter from Mrs. C.Mulroony, 44, Treanor Ave., Clontarf, telling of the excellent results obtained by the pupils in her school at a Departmental Inspection. Most of the pupils were deprived and backward and were not expected to do well. She also mentions that her mother was cured of bad eyesight by Fr, Charles.

She had been told about Fr. Charles by an old lady whose husband had a similar cure worked for him following the application of such soil.
