The document is inscribed Mount Argus Estate. It also contains reference to a Miss Ball, who probably is the foundress of the Loretto SIsters.

He informs Vincent that the Diocesan Bazaar and the rebuilding of Ardoyne Church can't be done together without injury to both projects. Futrthermore both Ardoyne and Ligoniel, whilst administered by the Passionists, are a mensal parish. Hence, since the church is to be the church of the secular mission, a new . church must be approved by the bishop. He is not prepared to give such permission at the moment. He will give it when circustances permit.
