A clipping of a letter by Milo McGarry referring to an article written by ‘Nichevo’ (the pseudonym used by Robert Maire Smyllie, the editor of the ‘Irish Times’) in which he criticizes senior Catholic politicians for their non-attendance at the funeral service of Douglas Hyde in the Church of Ireland St. Patrick’s Cathedral. The clipping is taken from the ‘Irish Times’ (21 July 1949).
