Patrick Fallon, C.P., Bishop of Kilfenora & Kilmacduagh:- Typed extract from Annals of the Anglo-Hibernian Province vol III for 14 November, 1873, (located at 28/6) in which Salvian Nardocci refers to the clothing and profession of Dr. Fallon. Two footnotes have been added explaining how Salvian came to make this entry and drawing attention to Declan O'Sullivan's observations concerning the "order from the Holy See" (see 1-6-5-13 & 14).

Permission has been granted from Holy See to celebrate a mass (non-votive) of our Blessed Founder to each priest, but not on a double first or second class day. The mass is to be "os justi", with prayers proper plus common of saint of the day. An altar, with an image or picture of our Founder, may be erected ijn our churches.
