Land Purchase Commission have issued paying order. Farm in possession of a Mrs McGrath (rent £1 yearly). This Land Comm. refuse to buy. Holding (bog) in possession of a Mr. Walker (rent 10/- yearly), Land Commission refuse to buy. They are trying to sell both to Mrs. McGrath and so wind up estate, divisible between Melleray and C.Ps and a F. O'Boyle for Masses.
